In the beginning of 2019, we flied to one of our customers from Asia to discuss the details for three different projects for apartment, villa.
After face to face talking and discussing, we noted the detail points for each project. For one apartment project, it needs special lock and handle. We called back to double check with our lock and handle supplier
to do the sample and test on our door. And we arranged the door sample for this project once finsh the meeting and put the sample in customer’s nearest container. Finally, our customer successed in getting this project.
Our customer was very happy to meet us, and also appreciated our coming to the face to face discussing and giving professional suggestion and solution to help them win the project. For us, we are also very excited to help customer, win-win situation is always what we want.
